Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers for annual plans, and popular regional payment methods including Tabby and Tamara for UAE customers.

Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?

No setup fees and no long-term contracts. Our Business plan is month-to-month, though you can save 20% by paying annually. Enterprise plans have custom terms tailored to your organization's needs.

What happens if I exceed my expert matching limit?

If you exceed your 3 monthly expert matches on the Business plan, you can purchase additional matches at AED 199 each, or upgrade to Enterprise for unlimited matching. We'll always notify you before you hit your limit.
